Mike Barton
Mike is responsible for product innovation and distribution for the employee benefits practice. During his 30+ years in the insurance industry, Mike has established a reputation as an innovator who is focused on driving meaningful results for clients and their employees. He is uniquely qualified to build industry-leading programs, apps, and tools that modernize healthcare delivery and financing, and ultimately, put clients back in control of their benefits program and spend.Prior to joining World, Mike held executive leadership roles at USI, Allstate, UnitedHealthcare, and was the CEO of Willis North America Employee Benefits Practice. He holds an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
